Concrete Leveling

Concrete Leveling is a process of raising sunken concrete walkways, garage floors, staircases, and pools slab (any concrete slab) back to the original position. A series of one inch diameter holes are drilled through the concrete slab to fill any voids with a slurry, then hydraulically raise slab back into position. Once the slab is lifted the one inch holes are sealed with a non shrinking grout.

Void Filling- drilling through concrete and pumping a slurry to remove void space which eliminates animals, water, etc

Pressure Grouting- after void filling is complete compaction of subsurface under concrete

Stabilization – pressure grouting slab in current position to reduce further movement
